I had many jobs and my CV looks like that of a teenager that worked flipping burgers each summer for some extra cash (except that my jobs didn’t involve burgers).
I wrote before about the only seizure I had at work and how co-workers reacted. That was great.
But, in general, there is a problem, either when having an interview or a few months after the employment. I experienced both.
I had several interviews during which I mentioned that I had epilepsy. I also had an interview during which I was asked if I have any chronic illness. I think it’s illegal to ask if it isn’t relevant to the position (like working with heavy machinery). 100% of these interviews finished without a single call or with the standard rejection email. For those in which I didn’t mention, I was called back for other interviews and/or tests or I got the job. These are some major coincidences.
